Hello Crafties, it's Maaike here with my Guest Design. Printed the digi, colored with alcohol markers, fussy cut it out.. I sized the digi to be as wide as my card (10.5cm or 4 something inches)).
I then diecut a window into a panel so I could inkblend on the cardbase and frame the digi.
I traced the opening on to the cardbase, and applied Distress inks (Wilted Violet, Picked Raspberry, Kitsch Flamingo and Squeezed Lemonade) as a kind of Sunset sky. Splattered with gold metalling paint for shimmer.
I then stamped the sentiment from the Moody Unicorns set with Versafine black ink. I know the notes the birds are holding also have a sentiment, just wanted to break up some of the empty space.
Tucked most of the tree stem under the opning and the end of the branch I pulled to the top and adhered it with taperunner, added some white gel pen details on the birds
